The application of a hot compress has long been used to soothe muscle strain, sprains and stiffness in joints. Our Thai herbal compress is a hand-made, fist-sized ball filled with aromatic herbs, such as plai, kaffir lime, zedoary, tamarind leaf and camphor.

At the end of your session, the herbal ball will be yours to take. When dry, it can be frozen and reused at home up to three or four more times.
